Do I need aviation experience?

No. We've trained people from completely unrelated fields. Skills transfer from sales, hospitality, finance, and other sectors.

What if I don't get hired after graduation?

You get placement network access and our affiliate program. The demand for trained brokers far exceeds supply. We've never had a graduate unable to find opportunities.

How quickly can I earn?

Most graduates close their first deal within 30 to 60 days. First-year realistic range: $40,000 to $120,000 depending on effort. Year two and beyond: $100,000 to $200,000+ for established brokers.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. Entire program is remote. Work from anywhere after graduation. Brokers operate from New York, Dubai, Portugal, Bali. Location doesn't matter.

Time commitment during the 8 weeks?

30 to 40 hours per week. Full commitment required. Think of it as a full-time intensive program.

I have no sales experience, can I still do this?

Yes, if you have strong communication skills and are willing to learn. We teach the sales process specific to aviation. Many successful brokers came from non-sales backgrounds.

What support do I get after graduation?

Access to our team for questions, deal reviews, and coaching. You're not left alone after the 8 weeks.
